Knitting pattern Two Color Cowl
This cowl pattern is an original design by Yarn Has My Heart, which is worked in the round and features a colorwork braid pattern worked from a chart. It works up quickly using DK weight yarn and is perfect for cool weather! The finished item will fit adults and older children.
Materials
- YARN Biscotte Yarns |DK Pure One skein each: main color (MC) and contrast color (CC) (Example is shown in semi-solid Epinette and self-striping Chevalier; if substituting yarn you will need 222 yards of DK weight (CYC-3) yarn for the MC and 68 yards for the CC).
- NEEDLES US size 5 (3.75 mm) 32” or smaller circular needle
- NOTIONS Scissors & Tapestry needle
Gauge 20 sts and 26 rows = 4 inches in stockinette
Finished Size
The finished item should be approximately 30” around by 9.5” tall.
