At Biscotte Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused yarn in its original skein condition within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, resaleable condition with all labels attached; please note that wound yarn, needles, and digital patterns are final sale.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct shipping address.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your contact information and RA number.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
